DO I NEED TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

An appointment is preferred. Why? Because it allows us the time needed to prepare fabrics, or information that will be relevant to you during your visit.

WHAT DOES BESPOKE MEAN?

We could break out a dictionary and provide that definition (we’ll leave that up to you). Instead we’d like to take the opportunity to tell you what bespoke means to us. It’s the pinnacle experience a person can have when purchasing a suit. It means you get to direct every step of the process. You have a say in the configuration of every intricate detail allowing you to create your perfect garment. It starts with a personalized pattern, throw in an ultra luxurious cloth, some unique button and thread colours, finish it off with a personalized garment bag and you’ve got the Lingo Luxe Bespoke experience.

HOW LONG DO CONSULTATIONS TAKE?

Consultations vary in time and are dictated by you. If you only have 30 minutes, we can get provide the full experience in 30 minutes. If you want to spend some in depth time exploring and learning, we’re equally happy to accommodate a 90-minute or even 2 hour session. At Lingo Luxe we have a unique background in customer service and are here to serve you, the customer, as best we can.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO HAVE MY GARMENT MADE?

We are proud to offer some of the fastest turn around times in the industry. For example, a bespoke shirt or tie is ready for you in 10 days. A Lingo Luxe suit is a 4-5 week turnaround time, while a coat is 6 weeks. Times include a first fitting (where applicable). We ship to your home, office, cottage or hotel, wherever your Lingo Luxe order needs to find you that week. We believe that speaks to the level of personalization and versatility we seek to provide. We may be able to complete garments faster; rush orders are simply a function of our lives and we’re here to cater as best we can. We ask that you please call us if you have a rush order request.

WHAT IS YOUR FIT GUARANTEE ALL ABOUT?

Simply put, we guarantee a perfect fitting garment, every time. Period. We do this by ensuring each measurement is precisely captured using an array of techniques, as well as consulting with you on these taken measurements. In cases where we cannot take your measurements in person, we are still able to help capture accurate measurements through our measurement assistance guide. We will send you your first shirt for fit confirmation. If the garment isn’t your perfect fit, we’ll alter or remake your first shirt for free. Once you receive your shirt and confirm it’s perfect, we’ll then make the remaining shirts in your order and send them to you.

ARE THERE ANY EXAMPLES OF YOUR WORK THAT I CAN LOOK AT BEFORE ORDERING?

We have hundreds of pictures on the site for you but we know sometimes you just want more. For that specific reason we have dozens of examples of our bespoke work displayed throughout the shop for you to inspect and even try on if you are in Toronto or the GTA.
